You should remove your Invisalign aligners when eating or drinking anything other than water. This helps prevent damage to the aligners and keeps them clean. Remember to brush your teeth before putting the aligners back in.

The length of Invisalign treatment varies depending on the complexity of your case but typically ranges from 12 to 18 months. Your dentist will provide an estimated treatment time during your consultation.

For best results, you should wear your Invisalign aligners for 20 to 22 hours a day, removing them only for eating, drinking, brushing, and flossing.

Invisalign aligners are generally more comfortable than traditional braces. You may experience mild discomfort or pressure for a few days after switching to a new set of aligners, but this is usually temporary and a sign that the aligners are working.

Invisalign is a clear aligner system used to straighten teeth without the need for traditional metal braces. It uses a series of custom-made, removable aligners to gradually move your teeth into the desired position.
